An estate planning program for our modern times
Our program is conducted in simple English, relevant to financial planners, and taught passionately by practitioners.
Client situations have become very diverse
Do you have the broad-based knowledge to advise your clients?
Create enough wealth for retirement to last a long life
Pass wealth to loved ones in a way that promotes happiness and success, and not cause fights and stress.
Deal with properties and bank accounts that are situated in several countries
Protect assets in the event of their divorce or the divorce of their children
Create a confidential estate plan for someone in the LGBT community or for a publicity-shy wealthy family
Find a successor to a decades-old private business or create a family-friendly business succession plan
Leave something to charity that has long-lasting impact on the community as well as on the family
CLPA – A broad-based curriculum
Helps you adapt to the needs of the modern family
Clients are attracted to broad-based financial planners who can apply their knowledge and experience to diverse family situations.
Strengthens the depth of your specialisation in financial planning
Our philosophy: One must create a financial plan before an estate plan – no point in creating a wonderful estate plan that isn’t properly funded. To that end, we have created and adapted case studies and group discussions that revolve around financial planning.
Overview of CLPA
The Certified Legasy Planning Associate program is a comprehensive certification in modern estate planning for financial planners and intermediaries who seek to provide estate planning for their family, SME and foreign clients with the highest ethical and professional standards.
CLPA was developed by highly experienced practitioners who aim to deliver practical content in simple English and that is relevant to financial planners.
TRUSTED IN ESTATE PLANNING
When clients engage with a CLPA graduate, they can be confident of receiving first-class planning. CLPA graduates have undergone rigorous education, and have to meet continuing professional development requirements by attending expert workshops on emerging and essential topics.
